Costen & Associates would like to welcome the clients of Dec Dunne Insurance Ltd. to the Costen & Associates Family!


Effective May 1, 2014, Dec Dunne retired from the insurance industry after more than 30 years in business. In order to provide his valued clients with the consistent and friendly service they are accustomed to, Dec spent the last couple of months seeking out the best-fit Insurance Brokerage.


The result is that Dec has selected our Brokerage, Costen & Associates, to continue the servicing of his clients’ insurance needs.


With a team of friendly and knowledgeable Brokers, we look forward to offering Dec’s clients a diverse offering of insurance products and services and extended office hours (as we are open Monday to Friday from 8:30AM – 5:00PM and Saturdays from 10:00AM – 4:00PM). We are also accessible by phone, email, website, mobile app, Facebook and Twitter!


We have assigned a dedicated Broker, Heather Howard, to assist Dec’s clients with the transition. Heather has been in the insurance industry since 2006 and focuses mainly on auto, property and travel insurance, and has access to a range of other insurance services, including commercial. She will be available five days a week to answer any questions Dec’s clients may have.

We at Costen & Associates look forward to meeting our new clients and continuing to provide the excellent personal service they have been receiving from Dec. We would also like to take this opportunity to congratulate Dec on his retirement and we wish him and his lovely family health and happiness in the future!
