Celebrating 25 Years!

Established in 1987 by Larry Costen, Costen & Associates has grown into a successful full-service brokerage over the past 25 years.  Joined by his daughter Crista Costen in 1998, they have worked hard to maintain their independent brokerage status and to continue offering excellent customer service and competitive products.  In 2007, Andrew Shareski joined the Costen & Associates family and as Office Manager he has assisted in growing the business and creating an excellent team.

In celebration of this wonderful milestone, the staff organized a small surprise party for Larry, complete with balloons and a “LarryHead” ice cream cake!  We all took a well deserved break while we ate our cake, and Larry opened his gifts.

Larry was spoiled with a GIANT calculator (the eye sight starts to go after 25 years of paperwork and computers) and a personalized book which included the history of the company, pictures from over the years, and a personal message from staff, friends and associates.  It was a fun afternoon! Thank you also to Tracey from Jevco who sent over a yummy  Edible Arrangements bouquet!
